IBI was elected as the Deputy Director Unit of the Blockchain and Data Elements Committee under the China Mobile Communications Association and became a core member of the RWA ecosystem partnership.

On July 23, leaders including Chen Xiaohua, Executive Director of the Education and Science and Technology Research Institute of the China Mobile Communications Association and Chairman of the Blockchain and Data Element Professional Committee of the China Mobile Communications Association, and Executive Secretary-General Yang Yufeng, visited the IBI Digital Economy Headquarters for discussions and exchanges. Qian Xiaojun, Founder, CEO/President of IBI, and Pan Yong, Board Secretary/Senior Vice President, warmly received the visiting leaders on behalf of the company. The two parties discussed innovative paths for the integration of the digital economy and the real economy around three strategic directions: RWA/RDA asset issuance standardization, joint construction of an RWA laboratory, and the establishment of a cross-border digital asset hub in Hong Kong.

Chen Xiaohua stated that RWA, as the key link connecting the digital economy and the real economy, cannot develop without the deep integration of industrial resources and technology. The committee is committed to building an open and collaborative RWA ecosystem by selecting 20 institutions with strong technological capabilities and solid industrial foundations as core members through the “RWA Ecosystem Partner Action Plan,” gathering industry strength to promote the transformation of technological achievements and business implementation. IBI's rich industrial data resources, mature supply chain scenario applications, and extensive experience in constructing cross-border digital asset channels provide support for ecosystem building. He emphasized that the RWA Joint Laboratory will focus on standard setting, enterprise certification, and industry forums, strengthening professional support through an expert review mechanism to provide normative guidance for industry development. Subsequently, we will join forces with academic research, industry platforms, and other resources to build an innovative ecosystem, accurately connecting technical resources for different industries, and promoting the transformation of blockchain technology achievements.

Pan Yong stated that the company will fully utilize its advantages in industrial data resources and scenario applications to deeply participate in the construction of the RWA Joint Laboratory as a core member, actively linking resources from industry, academia, research, and application to build an efficient collaboration platform. The company will explore and practice in key areas such as the standardized issuance of RWA/RDA assets and compliant circulation, contributing to the construction of a safe and controllable cross-border digital asset circulation system and injecting new momentum into promoting industrial digitalization and empowering the real economy.
